In our bike room, your bicycles and pushchairs are always stored safely.

The invoice must be paid in advance or in cash on the evening before departure. Debit and credit cards are not accepted.

Upon request, we are happy to offer a bread delivery service for our guests.

Your apartment will be ready for you from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9.00 am on the day of departure.

Up to 2 years: free of charge | 3–5 years: € 10.00 | 6–14 years: € 15.00 | baby cot and high chair available on request.

A final cleaning fee applies. Please refer to our price lists for details.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

The local tourist tax in the Mayrhofen holiday region amounts to € 3.20 per person per night (from 15 years of age).

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Thank you for your understanding.

Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

In our garden, young and old alike can let off steam on the slide and swings, enjoy table tennis or badminton, or explore the treehouse.

The stop for the free ski bus in winter and the village bus in summer is located directly in front of our house.

Our ski room is available for the safe storage of your ski equipment.

You are welcome to book private lessons or ski guiding directly with our in-house ski school.
